Michael is a multi-discipline private IT consultant, with over 25 years of database design and development experience. He is an experienced consultant able to interact with client executive leadership and project teams to ensure clear communication of goals, objectives, and progress at all stages of a project. He specializes in variable compensation and incentive management systems, financial reporting and analysis tools, custom applications and database development; as well as Call Center compensation plan design, data analysis, project management, litigation support, custom reporting solutions, software development and business process outsourcing.

Michael continues to volunteer for The Fraser First Booster Club. This is an all-volunteer, grassroots effort to build the all-new McKinley Barrier-Free Park and Playground in Fraser, Michigan.

Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Oakland University. He is also a small business owner and entrepreneur.
