Keith is a Treasury, Investment and Long Range Financial Planning Senior specialist who works with municipalities to help them achieve both their short-term needs and their long-range goals. After spending nearly four decades working with municipalities as their Treasurer, Investment Manager, Finance Director and or Financial Planner, Keith understands what it takes to achieve municipal objectives in a timely and effective manner and aspires to share his knowledge.

 

Keith has been recognized by professional associations for his experience and expertise to present and share his skills with peers, colleagues and associates. He has also served in numerous leadership positions representing treasury and financial officials and was selected by Michigan’s Governor to help municipalities improve their finances when confronted with financial hardship.

Keith holds a Masters from Central Michigan University, a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Walsh College and was recognized and has been awarded the Certified Public Finance Administrator Accreditation.
